Registration

  • Early registration through October 11, 2013. If registering after this date, the fee will be $200.
  • Fee effective October 12, 2013

**Thank you for your interest in the TGFOA fall conference, however, due to overwhelming demand we regret to tell you that we cannot permit any additional registrations. Mark your calendar and register early for the spring conference to be held on March 21 at the West TN Research & Education Center, Jackson TN and the 2014 TGFOA fall conference to be held on October 15-17!**

The Tennessee Government Finance Officers Association (TGFOA) will hold its Annual Conference at the Embassy Suites Murfreesboro-Hotel and Conference Center on October 24-25, 2013. Planning is well underway to make this a great TGFOA conference! We expect over 300 finance officials from state and local governments throughout Tennessee to attend the conference, which is the primary professional and educational gathering of government finance officials in the state.

Certification
Participants who attend 90 percent of all program meetings will receive 12 CPE credits pending approval. Certificates will be awarded at the conclusion of the meeting. The program counts toward Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CMFO) and Municipal Clerk Certification.


Conference Location/Lodging
The TGFOA fall conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Murfreesboro, TN.

 

The Embassy Suites Hotel is now sold out of rooms.

Overflow hotel suggestions are The Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn, located in Murfreesboro. Both of these hotels are located within 2 miles of the Embassy Suites, approximately a 5 minute drive.
